Our staff visit places in Japan to help locate the person or product you are looking for, following the information you provide and reporting after every working day.
Service scope
We help you find a person or a particular product through fieldwork on location in Japan. Our staff visit relevant places and follow up on the information you share, working on your behalf without customer accompaniment.
The service covers one day of on-site fieldwork, approximately eight hours, for one request. We send you a report after every working day.
A success fee of 10% of the total fieldwork fees (the daily rate multiplied by the number of working days) is billed separately only if the person or product is found. It is separate from the reservation fee and is not included in the reservation payment.
The more information you can share, the better the chances of finding the person or product. We make every effort on the ground, but limited or outdated information, or a rare product, may mean that we cannot find it. No success fee is charged if we cannot find the person or product.
Personal reservations require a JPY 1,000 reservation fee. Stripe shows the final charge currency; the service fee is quoted separately based on your budget.
