About your booking
Personal reservations require a JPY 1,000 reservation fee. Stripe shows the final charge currency; the service fee is quoted separately based on your budget.
Travel and waiting time between the agreed meeting and finish times count toward the booked hours. Unused daily hours are not carried forward. Extra time or additional tasks require your agreement to the added cost before work continues.
Meals, accommodation, admissions, instructors, equipment and other third-party expenses are excluded unless explicitly included in the service description. We do not add expenses without your agreement.
Visa and legal representation, medical advice, real-estate brokerage and other regulated professional services are outside these plans. Third-party travel and accommodation bookings must be made directly with the provider or an appropriately authorised operator.
Requesting a quotation is free. No deposit or payment is required.
Reservation and quotation
Your reservation request is recorded after the reservation fee payment succeeds. Availability, the service scope and the final service fee are confirmed in a quotation before service.
A connection error after payment does not necessarily mean the payment failed. Check the payment page or your confirmation email before another payment is attempted. If no confirmation arrives, contact us with your reference number.
The reservation fee payment receipt confirms the payment. Email delivery may be delayed or messages may be filtered as spam.
