Everyday support: JPY 20000 per day for up to 4 hours and 4 people in one household. Everyday information and accompaniment to agreed appointments; purchases and official fees are excluded.

Before you book

A daily travel surcharge applies based on where each service is provided. No travel surcharge applies in Osaka, Kyoto or Hyogo prefectures.

Transportation in our company cars during service hours is free of charge in every prefecture. You are responsible for the actual fares when using public transport.

Within each booking, the travel surcharge is charged once per distinct service date, regardless of group size or the number of services booked on that date. The same starting location and rate apply to every date in this booking.

Osaka, Hyogo and Kyoto have no travel surcharge. Other prefectures have fixed daily rates based on reference one-way expressway travel from Nishinomiya-Najio to the prefectural capital: up to 3 hours JPY 20000; up to 5 hours JPY 30000; up to 8 hours JPY 40000; up to 11 hours JPY 50000; up to 14 hours JPY 60000.

Hokkaido, Okinawa and islands requiring at least one hour by boat from a mainland port cost JPY 70000 per service day. Select the island declaration when it applies. This rate replaces the prefecture rate; it is not added on top.

Selecting an airport uses the rate for the prefecture where that airport is located. Rates are fixed booking tariffs, not live traffic estimates. The travel surcharge is included in the total used to calculate your 10% deposit and 90% balance.

Prices are in JPY and include applicable Japanese consumption tax. Online bookings cover one group of up to 4 people, including children.

Travel and waiting time between the agreed meeting and finish times count toward the booked hours. Unused daily hours are not carried forward. Extra time or additional tasks require your agreement to the added cost before work continues.

Meals, accommodation, admissions, instructors, equipment and other third-party expenses are excluded unless explicitly included in the service description. We do not add expenses without your agreement.

Select a starting prefecture or airport on the map and enter the exact meeting point. This location applies to all dates in the booking. Enter a start time for each selected date, your language and requirements. The booking total, including the daily travel surcharge, is shown before payment.

Visa and legal representation, medical advice, real-estate brokerage and other regulated professional services are outside these plans. Third-party travel and accommodation bookings must be made directly with the provider or an appropriately authorised operator.

Book the available dates and pay 10% in the personal form. No quotation exchange is required. Successful payment records your booking and triggers your confirmation email and calendar entry. The advance payment is part of the total, not an extra fee. Please pay the remaining 90% directly on the first service day.
